We have been sleeping in the mattress for the last three nights and is holding up well. I like the fact that it is hot, it helps in the bonechilling Chicago winter nights. I purchased king size.
We are using electric mattress pad over this. There are conflicting reports if that affects memory foam mattresses. Maybe I will place another pad under the heated mattress pad.
One conflicting information is that in the mattress it states not to use a boxspring. But in the literature that comes with it tells to use a boxspring. So long we are taking the advice straight from the horse's mouth and not using a boxspring.
One caveat: allow the mattress to untangle near the bed where it will be used. Once it springs back into the final shape, it was not fun trying to carry it to the bed over a full flight of stairs. King size is a true goliath but it comes as tightly wrapped. Very good packaging also.

A little firmer than I expected, best for back-sleepers which is better for your back anyway. I noticed NO chemical smell. Very comfy, but I've never had any kind of foam mattress. Because I no longer have to turn over every little while, full size is big enough for two people.

I purchased this mattress (King) about a year ago, largely due to the fantastic reviews. I've suffered from back problems in the past, and wanted a firm mattress that would let me wake up comfortable and well rested. Unfortunately, this mattress was not the right choice. Since shortly after we started sleeping on it, both my husband and I have suffered from morning back pain. The mattress is softer than I'd expected and makes me feel like I'm sinking down a few inches.
It clearly doesn't CAUSE my back pain, but it does make it worse not better. I'm going to unfortunately have to deal with the fact I lost $700 and go back to the thin, hard, mattresses from Ikea.
Positives - it's small when shipped, and the smell went away after a month or so.
